Job Description:
Our client is looking for a sophisticated HR professional with solid experiences in talent management and organization development to drive talent initiatives and projects, including but not limited to leadership pipeline planning, HiPo programs, talent analysis and review.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute various talent and leadership development programs targeting different staff levels
Grow the talent pool, and facilitate the process of identifying high-potential individuals to participate in talent and leadership development initiatives
Organize and oversee the execution of the Development/Assessment Center
Monitor and provide guidance to talents in implementing their Individual Development Plans
Plan and coordinate targeted training and development activities tailored to the specific needs of talented individuals
Conduct comprehensive assessments of talent capacity and analyze skill gaps to inform strategic talent development initiatives
Establish and maintain a comprehensive talent database, conducting in-depth analyses on talent management and succession planning.
Take charge of implementing succession plans in accordance with established protocols
Prepare internal communication materials to disseminate the talent agenda to all staff and stakeholders, and run staff surveys on demand
Report the effectiveness of talent initiatives to the senior management
Digitize the talent management processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree in human resources management, psychology or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in the talent management or organization development, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in well-established organizations.
Proficient in utilizing assessment methodologies, assessment tools, development interventions, talent deployment, pipeline planning strategies.
Strong ability to gather and analyze data, with excellent skills in information collection, analysis, and visualization.
Capable of translating organizational talent requirements into actionable talent management objectives and initiatives.
Demonstrates proficiency in planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing talent management and organization development initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work diplomatically with stakeholders.
Displays a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and professionalism at work.
