Our client is one of the leading healthcare services provider in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an experienced HR talent (focusing on Talent Acquisition and Business Partner function) to join their team.
Directly reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Work with department heads and hiring managers to formulate and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
Drive end-to-end talent acquisition cycle for the organization, including but not limited to job posting, candidate sourcing, assessment and selection, offer management, on-boarding, etc.
Plan and organize employer branding projects to enhance the brand awareness within the talent markets
Review and enhance the recruitment policy & procedures and the candidate experience process
Develop staff engagement and wellness programs
Compile HR analytical reports on a regular basis for management review
Drive and participate in HR projects as assigned
The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:
Degree holder with 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience in mid-size firm and preferably with work experience in healthcare industry
Self-driven with strong strategic thinking, planning, organizing and project management skills
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
