Key Responsibilities:
Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
Coordinate workflow, follow up on delegated tasks, and ensure deadlines are met to keep projects on schedule
Arrange and organize the CEO's daily schedule, including business and personal appointments, meetings, and conferences
Liaise with internal departments and external business partners as needed
Handle incoming/outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails
Perform other duties as assigned by the executive team
Qualifications:
Diploma or secretarial training, with a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
Strong problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Smart, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated work style
Capable of working independently and under pressure
Prior experience working in both Hong Kong and China is preferred
