Our client is a reputable and well-established IT Solution Firm in Hong Kong. They are looking for passionate HR talents to join their team.
Responsibilities
Provide support for talent acquisition work, including but not limited to job posting, interview arrangement, candidate assessment, and onboarding
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities/marketing events
Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline
Minimum 1 years relevant experience in HR field
Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Solid experience in communications and branding
Proficiency in HRIS system and Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ets.)
Responsible, self-motivated, attentive to detail and well-organized
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
