Our client is looking for a sophisticated Director of Corporate Finance to lead their function and play a pivotal role. As a functional leader in the company, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of financial strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
Devise and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company's sustainable growth objectives.
Scrutinize and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for enhancement and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Take charge of re-financing and debt extension initiatives to ensure an optimal capital structure and cost of capital.
Enhance financial analysis tools to generate valuable data and recommendations for management decision-making.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess potential investment opportunities and conduct meticulous financial due diligence.
Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including bankers, investors, and other financial service providers, fostering robust and enduring partnerships.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Spearheading the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and facilitating professional growth.
Requirements:
Possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
At least 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, with a specific focus on re-financing and debt extensions.
Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of financial analysis, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
Display experience in formulating and executing financial strategies to optimize capital structure and enhance shareholder value.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and risk management practices.
Showcase proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
Possess exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, adeptly engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
