Responsibilities:
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software applications meet user requirements and are error-free.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Execute test cases, identify defects, and document test results.
Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders in the financial firm.
Support senior Business Analysts in documenting project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential solutions and improvements to business processes.
Assist in creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements alignment and successful project delivery.
Participate in meetings and workshops to facilitate communication and ensure project progress.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in UAT testing and business analysis methodologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a UAT Tester or Junior Business Analyst in a financial firm or related industry.
Strong knowledge of UAT methodologies, testing tools, and defect tracking systems.
Familiarity with financial processes, regulations, and systems.
Proficient in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
