Teller / Teller Trainee

Our client, a leading retail bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high caliber candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality over-the-counter customer service

• Handle customer enquiries

• Support the branch operation

• Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• Degree holder with min. 1 years of relevant experience in a banking industry

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills

• Sensitivity to figures, detail minded

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Proficient in PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
