(Senior) Credit Risk Manager

Our client is an established banking group currently seeking seasoned Credit Risk Managers to join their Credit Risk Management Department.

Responsibilities:

Conduct independent credit assessment and validation of credit applications, including internal ratings, compliance of policies and regulations and make recommendations for approval.
Perform pro-active credit monitoring and management on clients as well as portfolio levels.
Exercise credit judgment and make credit recommendations.
Ensure all internal credit policies and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the formulation and review of credit risk policies and guidelines to cope with regulatory changes.
Prepare credit reports / proposal to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, risk management or related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in credit risk management.
CFA, FRM, Accountant or HKIB ECF-CRM would be an advantage.
Good understanding in key market and industry dynamics as well as regulatory changes, especially that of PRC.
Strong expertise in risk and financial analysis, cash flow projections and banking products.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
