Private Banking Relationship Manager

Job Description

Our client, a leading corporate bank in Hong Kong, is looking for high caliber candidates to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Proactively acquire new client relationships and nurture existing ones within the Private Banking sector
Offer personalized "Wealth Management" solutions to High Net Worth Individuals
Optimize client assets and revenues through strategic management of AUM
Exceed service standards, continuously striving for maximum client satisfaction
Provide support in marketing and business prospecting activities
Execute trade settlements and facilitate payment access transfers
Adhere to full compliance with internal guidelines and external regulatory bodies

Requirements:

University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline
Holder of relevant investment and insurance Hong Kong licenses
Minimum of 3 years of wealth management banking experience
Proven track record in a client-facing environment, demonstrating exceptional relationship building skills
Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver excellent customer service
Sales-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Deep commitment to customer centricity and delivering top-quality service
Maturity and independence, thriving under pressure
Fluency in Mandarin; additional languages are advantageous
