Job Requirements:
Degree Holder with 5 years of PA/ admin work experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
